We want to make sure that we prepare you for the Retreat so that you maximize your learning experience, so we have put together answers to some frequently asked questions.

Q: Where is the Marketing to Millionaires™ Retreat being held at?
A: The Marketing to Millionaires™ Retreat is being held at the Renaissance LAX Hotel which is 5 minutes from the Los Angeles Airport (LAX) http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/laxrr-renaissance-los-angeles-airport-hotel/

The Marketing to Millionaires™ Retreat will be held October 22-24, 2009.
Bonus Add-On Day with Beth Schneider: October 25, 2009

Q: How can I make hotel reservations for the Marketing to Millionaires™  Retreat in October?
A: To book a room at the hotel, please call the hotel’s Reservation Line at (888) 293-0523 or make your reservation online at http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/laxrr-renaissance-los-angeles-airport-hotel/.

Q: Is it mandatory to stay at the hotel?
A: No, but we recommend staying on site so you can better focus on the materials and learning.

Q: Can I share a room with another attendee?

A: Yes, if you are interested in sharing a room with another Workshop participant and would like a list of others interested in a roommate, please contact info@uplevelstrategies.com (with your preferences (smoking, non-smoking) and include your email and phone number) and we’ll be happy to assist you. (We cannot assign roommates, but are happy to provide you a list of other interested participants.)

Q: Is the Marketing to Millionaires™ Retreat registration refundable?
A: As the event has limited seating, if plans change and you must cancel your reservation, you may cancel up to sixty days prior to the event and receive a full refund less a $500 non refundable administration charge. If you have to cancel between 30-60 days prior to the event, you will receive a 50% refund less the $500 non refundable administration charge. Any cancellations made less than thirty days prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund but you may send someone else in your place.

Q: Can I bring a team member to the meetings?
A: Yes, go to www.marketingtomillionairesretreat.com and under the registration options you will see that you can register for you + 1 guest OR you + 2 guests – and guests are only $795 each (savings of $1467 per person)!!

Q: What will I need to be prepared for the Retreat?
A: A pen, notebook, PLENTY of business cards for networking AND creating strategic alliances, clothing layers for comfort and fluctuating temperatures, and a bathing suit (if you’d like to enjoy the beach or outdoor heated swimming pool).  Please do NOT bring a recording device.

Q: Which airport is closest to the hotel?

A: The Los Angeles Airport (LAX) is the closest airport to the hotel.

Q: Will there be food and beverages served?
A: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are on your own. There are a number of local restaurants (all within a short cab ride), the Renaissance Montura has its in-house restaurant, 96th Street Bistro, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well. Marina del Rey and Manhattan Beach restaurants are less than 15 minutes away and accessible by taxi cab. There is a free shuttle going to Manhattan Beach area and guests can catch that a couple of blocks away from the hotel.

Q: What is included in the VIP Experience and what is the cost?
A: Included in the VIP Experience is a private cocktail party to network with Kelly O’Neil and our special guests Dr. John Spencer Ellis, the creator of the Movie and Book “The Compass” and Kelli Ellis, an accomplished entrepreneur and television star who has on TLC and on HGTV as well as “The Housewives of Orange County”.  Also included is the VIP lounge featuring light breakfasts, beverages, snacks and chair massages, and morning Yoga and meditation instruction on Friday and Saturday. Be sure to bring your own yoga mat and towel! The cost for the VIP Experience is $297 and can be purchase at www.marketingtomillionairesretreat.com.

Q: When is the VIP Reception and do I need to bring anything?
A:  The VIP Reception is on Friday, October 23rd at7:30 pm. Please wear cocktail attire and bring plenty of business cards. Invitations will be provided in advance of the event to confirm attendance.

Q: Where can I get more information on the Bonus Day with Beth Schneider and what is the cost?
A: You can find all the details on the Bonus Day with Beth Schneider at www.marketingtomillionairesretreat.com/bonus and the cost is $297.

Q: Is there free transportation to and from the airport?

A: There is complimentary 24 hour transportation to and from LAX. Please look for the NEW Ocean Blue buses picking up passengers under the Red ‘Hotel Transportation’ Sign outside baggage claim.

Q: What should I wear?

A: Business Casual is the dress code for the event. Also, due to respect for participants with allergies, we request that you not wear any fragrances such as perfume, cologne, after-shave, essential oils, or aromatherapy.

Q: What time does the Marketing to Millionaires™  Retreat in October start and where do I register?
A:  Registration is open on Wednesday, October 21st from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm and on Thursday, October 22nd from 7:30 am-8:30 am.  The Retreat will begin promptly at 8:30 am on Thursday, October 22nd.

Q: I’m trying to book my flight to leave on Saturday night. Can you tell me what time the Retreat will be over?

A: No later than 6:00 PM Pacific Time, although we do recommend that you fly out Sunday so that you have the ability to network after the Retreat.

Q: I’m trying to book my flight to leave on Sunday night. Can you tell me what time the Bonus Day with Beth Schneider will be over?
A: No later than 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Q: Is it okay to video or tape record the seminars?

A: No.
